At Moon’s Rising
At moon’s rising, the bed looks warm;
Inviting the cool silk to stir.
Negligee cloud waiting to storm;
At moon’s rising, the bed looks warm.
A bird and bee ready to swarm.
Ebonic light, prepares to purr,
At moon’s rising. The bed looks warm,
Inviting the cool silk to stir.
