As Twilight's Calm Calls the Night
If only to see a flicker of light
Where tendrils search upon the night
Where dawns escape holding fast
Upon the hills shall come at last
A ray of splendor shinning through
Where magical songs of love ensue
And you my Rose immersed of light
In loving vows to you recite
A lifetime promise in misty blue
In murmurous whisper's a pledge so true
I pull you near the garden's edge
To dream upon the flowered legde
Bursting forth in endless flight
As twilight's calm calls the night
