As The Years Into Fading Mists So Quickly Flew This way to Heaven's paradise old road sign said I blind by flesh-en birth, trod dusty roads instead down the by-ways, through waiting purple-crested hills as vagabond adventurer seeking new thrills, camping under heaven's stars, shine of golden moon always expecting to find rainbow treasures soon, or be bound by sexy vixen's sensual spell, sating my deep thirsts, and my epic desires quell. Across this wide world, its majestic paths I strode very proud of all the hellish storms I out-rode years of searching, across this tumultuous earth not caring about distance or its massive girth, once content, letting flowing sun be my lone guide sometimes allowing others on my earthen ride, when their true spirit this loving soul had so moved, and their romantic heart this countenance improved. As the years into fading mists so quickly flew I began to see life oft gives not proper due for fate often delays what heart and soul has sought one discovers what the invisible trap caught, a greedy snatcher and too oft a stubborn lout rushing through life not know what true love is about, hellbent on gaining more treasures and grabbing gold, ignorant of all that was so carelessly sold. Thank you my friend. A poet must ink what the heart tells. And do so regardless of whom it may please or even may displease.. God bless..

Such is the moral plight of lost birds snared in carnal trappings. You exquisitely expressed this dilemma w/grace of thought fleshed out in ink, Robert. Job well done. Peace and joy forever.

Thank you my friend. Humanity races ever onward content to believe that mankind exists to pursue its own carnal lusts and insatiable desires. The divine light is a fantasy. Such could not be farther from the truth.. God bless..
