As I End This Year
Alone within me, like a broken thread, I stood,
Each of you added your blooms as best as you could;
Each looked immaculately beautiful and pure,
Blooms are blooms of natural flowers, I am sure...!
Thanks to those who added a few thorns, within, too,
I have learned to use them as pins for my torn shoe;
Each bloom is aromatic; each thorn is so sharp,
Hence, this bouquet murmurs music like a new harp...!
With the scent of every bloom, I will march forward,
To each one of your bouquet, blossoms I will add;
In thick and thin, like true kith and kin, we will glow,
Like each bouquet's fragrance to this world, we will blow...!
