As Autumn Whispers

I welcome this colorful array, of leaves curling me- like a symphony even the teasing touch of the wind as Autumn whispers - it’s not the end, just the beginning - of a frosted morning The cold brings a chill, just for the thrill I am needing, wanting truly aching to hibernate, under you If there was a way, to avoid the falling of winter (the cold kissing my skin) a way to stay- in the soft melody of leaves dancing with ease, this is where i would play However, as Autumn whispers in a hushed sigh - i am soon to know why the chill must linger, just for the thrill - i am still needing, and i am soooo wanting truly aching to hibernate - under you Perhaps . . . I always will _________ ~ The wind is being playful with its touch, simply touching all of me ~ Just a little scribble

Good morning ma'am. It's a frosty one in my part of the world. Winter may have just bypassed autumn here. From the sound of this poem, it seems like you may want to be under a bear skin rug, or maybe bare skinned under something. Well done, again....TAH

Good afternoon Tobey. You are right. It seems as though Winter takes over Autumn. The rain falls here today, like a playful melody. The wind is cold against the skin, and the sky holds a distant gray. I am smiling. :) Blessings are everywhere. Yes, to be under a bear skin rug would be nice- or under something else. This poem is about the season, and about being close. Warm moments. Your thoughts are appreciated. ~ Brandy

Autumn’s song can be so seductive.. a gentle, caressing touch surrounded by dancing colored hues. But the end of Autumn’s song can spell a lonely, dreary cold. So enjoy the music but be ready to hibernate before too long......

Yes.. I have blue eyes and I write about them from time to time because they are amazing :) In my write, “Crazy Behind These Blues” I kind of poke fun of myself thinking my blue eyes are all that’s needed to charm any girl. In this write I find out the hard way that nothing could be further from the truth. In real life these blue eyes have never let me down.. so far, anyway. I think that’s because I have learned how to smile with my eyes. And I’m a really happy guy...
