I welcome this colorful array, of leaves curling me- like a symphony
even the teasing touch of the wind
as Autumn whispers
- it’s not the end, just the beginning -
of a frosted morning
The cold brings a chill,
just for the thrill
I am needing, wanting
truly aching to hibernate,
under you
If there was a way, to avoid the falling of winter (the cold kissing my skin)
a way to stay- in the soft melody of leaves dancing with ease,
this is where i would play
However,
as Autumn whispers
in a hushed sigh -
i am soon to know why
the chill must linger,
just for the thrill
- i am still needing, and i am soooo wanting
truly aching to hibernate -
under you
Perhaps . . .
I always will
