Dwell on the hopeless, be careful you may end up dead
All those negative nellies, my oh my,be careful of any
that fills your head.
And yes, you have authority over your bright mind.
Sometimes you just have to slam the door hard
On news that comes in which is cruelly, mind-unkind.
Whether that news slams a nation or any nation's leader,
Set up a machine with a "no bad news allowed" meter.
Run, or burn after reading, all things negative.
If you don't, you may lie awake nights needing a sedative.
A glorious sit down dinner with family and friends.
Great music, people, sans smartphones makes for most
peaceful, positive, delicious ends.
Remember, it is not you, but only God who knows it all!
Not us~ who do much better into His divine care to fall.
