Arctic Lights
bringing mysticism into vogue
arctic lights are more flamboyant than rainbows
there is a stillness that inspires reverence
heaven surely can get no closer to earth
I want to run with the sky to the source
a wolf howls in the distance
toasty warm I stare at the horizon
magic oozes into my spirit, reviving my soul
as I watch the sky goddesses and gods dance
knowing I will remember this every day of my life
they will probably follow me through the veil
I figure this is what the road to heaven looks like
