Anxiety

The fear of the unknown The fear of a disaster that may never come While ignoring the disasters that are here. Seeing people who are not there Hearing your name called But no one is around Hearing it up close or from afar The noises become overwhelming Your heart pounding in your ears Sounding as though a drum in playing inside your head The noises and visions disappear as everything fades to nothing
