Ant hills are the work of millions of ants. They are set up mainly during summer. When rain comes, ants generally disappear. Great haiku, Hilda.

Nice Haiku, Hilda. That's why we need more rain in Texas ... to get rid of all these ants. :-( A poet friend in Texas, Bill

I've heard about the Texas ants from your wife. I guess they are needed, but I don't want them in the house.

Deceptively 'simple.' A world of wisdom in this 'capture of a moment,' Hilda.

What an astounding insight! How exceptionally well-designed are those anthills? They appear to continue expanding regardless of unrest or devastation!

What a great observation! How masterfully are those ant hills built! They seem to build bigger even after destruction or disturbance!
