Very picturesque and powerful haiku! Well delivered! Can see through those words. I especially love “a fire crackles” love that! Thunderstorms scare me; and can seem freaky for me but you make thunder too sounds beautiful! Pleasure reading this: sending you light

Rumples, crackles love descriptions that make us feel it. There are no set rules on caps for Haikus. They are used more often as two form poems, I've noticed. Very nice, Edward!

I see you share the same affections for the Haiku as I do. I feel they are underrated, underestimated and under appreciated. I love the power in brevity and controlled conciseness that strip away the prompts, while opening up the imagination.
