Perhaps he knows the way to ace a test is (using Pareto's 80/20 Rule) always answer the 80% EASY questions first as that will remind you of many aspects which will enable you to answer the remaining 20% which may be challenging....?

The Final Question on yesterday's,"Jeopardy" was, "What is the Capitol 7,000 miles East and 1-Degree North of Sydney, Australia?" Tests are usually graded by correct answers, so if you stopped to think about it, you wasted time which could have answered other questions, e.g., "What is the capitol of Chile?"
