Angel In the Sky

I saw an angel in the sky Floating in the clouds passing by Watching over me, from above Carrying me on the wings of love It showed not a soul, goes ignored We all travel, as birds have soared In this creation, we are all one All of us, as bright as the sun When it sets and the moon does rise, Another day has made us wise To love and share, the air, each breath Angels we are, here beyond death Heidi Sands 9/26/18

Yes, this was a beautiful creation; if not for those angels, where would we all be? I hate to think about it. My Mom always said that, "The dead watch over the living"; she was referring to those angels. A beautiful poem.
