An Integrity Vow

Is anyone surprised when they hear that lots of folks avidly gather riches, focusing on materialistic possessions? Would the indigent ones ever cheer? Wealth is the source of power in futile hands; they can destroy a nation or make it great, they can spread livelihood, famine, or distrust: what makes people happy and loyal to their king? If a hand shoots a gun, is it grievance or foolishness? If evil eyes see no goodness: is rage a justified thing? Whoever instills trust is loved by large crowds, whoever fails to make changes is too despised; rebellion is the absence of justice in human sacredness: take freedom away and stability is surely jeopardized! An integrity vow is a solemn promise, it can remain indefinitely intact and rise above commitment; it's the stronghold of an ambitious soul honoring compromise: always seeking what's good and right!
