An Early Addiction

From the age of thirteen I have been writing poetry, Off and on, when I remembered I had not written one In a while, my relatives and friends were impressed notably Enjoyed writing poems, gradually my passion had almost won! I wrote and wrote over the years, but what I wanted and needed Was a group where we could exchange comments and communicate, A good friend of mine said join a website now, finally conceded, And here I am with poetry soup, I am addicted, but I feel great! So my advice to you if you have poems in some corner in your home, Dust off the cobwebs and join this amazing poetry group, The greatest feeling under the sun, I now confess that none Other could satisfy me more than submitting poems to Poetry soup!
