Almost Like a Ghost
Almost like a ghost
Almost to shade me in silence
To belong am I never close
As a being am I only true in absence
Am I considered lesser to compare?
Is every other far more in superiority?
There are no ventures I never yet not dare
Is simply what we want, forever in obscurity...?
Like a screen behind every mirror
Like a ghost behind every human
To feel like dying for living to be better
To only feel alive before we actually learn
If I'm to disappear one day
I'm pretty sure I'll fade away unnoticed
Silencing words for ghost to ever say
Perhaps humans are the apprentice
I am a human to the world absent
Simply when living amongst, I never felt truly close
A one me shaded in a deafening silent
Perhaps as a being, I'm almost like a ghost
