Allow Me To Hold Your Heavy Heart
ALLOW ME TO HOLD YOUR HEAVY HEART
I hold you in my heart because I care so much
Something about those promises
What about that distant mistrust
Closely ever so close to the touch
ALLOW ME TO HOLD YOUR HEAVY HEART
Better to love truth, than hate lies
Suffering in strife
Look up why? Place your eyes, toward heaven's skies
Who am I to say this wrong or right
ALLOW ME TO HOLD YOUR HEAVY HEART
My heart is full of your love I hold
Must I empty my mind of
All the hurtful things I've been told
I must have eternal love
Darling, allow me to hold you in my heart
This isn't the finish but the wonderful start
Allow me please to hold your heavy heart
ALLOW ME TO HOLD YOUR HEAVY HEART
