All That I Can Offer

                          All that I can offer, are my prayers, 

                                          and my tears,

                                For comfort, and healing...

                                          Oh surely,

                                         God hears.

                      This blood-stained sphere in heaven's view

                                      Behold, one day....

                                He'll make all things new.

                                 A new dawn, One day, 

                                       War will cease

                     He'll reign as King, there will be peace.

                        For now, I bid Thee, Father of all

                                Draw nigh with healing, 

                                     To those who call

                                    Upon Your mercy,

                       With hearts that break, We pray for peace

                                   For goodness' sake.

                               Tabernacle in my heart, 

                           I've not but tears and prayers...
          
                                        My part.....

                               Please lift our prayers, 

                                  Within Your Hands

                                 We pray Your Peace

                                   Upon Your Lands 



                                         Amen

We may not be alive when it is answered, but we wait and offer in service to Him & our fellowmen/women. I know in the Book of Revelation it says there will be such things, till the end. I wish God would hurry, no disrespect intended toward Him, I just wish He would intercede, quickly! This world has always suffered such violence and horror. Sorry, I feel the horrors so deeply. Please keep praying for True Peace to come! <3

Bj Legros Kelley October 11, 2023 at 5:57 PM It's devastating. Children, babies, grandparents, and innocent young people simply enjoying a peaceful Holiday suddenly under attack, the worst nightmare. How shocked and horrified to lose family like that, I can't even imagine. Dying horrifically, unexpectedly, and then to think of the atrocities the victims of kidnappings are enduring ...I just can't stand it. Many will die and already have on both sides, babies, parents, children. It's so tragic. I am trying to hold onto hope in prayer, I'm reeling by the atrocities inflicted on the innocent civilians, war is bad enough soldier to soldier, but such as this. I am remembering Hitler :( Many innocent Jews, and many, many more died under his horrendous acts of murder. Will this earth ever know peace? Actually, I guess it will, it is prophesied, so I hope in that. Thank you for your visit and comment Silent One. You're right, it hurts, so deeply.
