Against This Insanity of Putin

Against  This Insanity

(Addressed to humanity…and Putin with his like)

Throughout history
Even such rulers who need
To announce their sanity must
Keep (surely deep) a longing plain
That they might be chosen
By their people and loved
From willing hearts and minds,
Without any need to dominate,
To bully, to bleed
Their ways or themselves
    into being ruler…
As God himself so desires,
Creating and holding 
Love as the highest law, for peace
In sight of the fearful weapons
He could use…
God made a rainbow…

David Kavanagh Date: 4/1/2022 1:50:00 PM Once Russia got the nukes Sally, they became equally as powerful as the US, regardless of their other shortcomings on the battlefield and economy, Putin knows this only too well, these nuclear despots are not answerable to anyone, and putting fear into hearts and minds is just as desirable as winning them over, sad I know but that’s how it seems to me, enjoyed your pondering, cheers David Login to Reply

I didn’t want to put it in the poem, but God used his weapon of the flood to destroy before giving his rainbow promise. I suppose God Takes and Gives, but Putin just wants to think himself a god & Take. God created Lucifer, too. There are things involved we can’t guess hugs, Rico!
