Again I Say
~
I'm not going to say want you want me to say
And jeopardize my vision and words portrayed
As I sift through the sands to find the buried treasure
Your rhyme not necessary for my dream to carry
So if for a moment you ponder and dream
The twisted enjambment has worked yet it seems
And if your thinking for just a mere second
You need a painted flower to birth a new seed
Then let me leave you with a dream and a vision
a smile and some laughter to fulfill a constant need
A cloud
A rain drop
A posy of belief
With red, blue and violet intrigue
_______
As I rest upon my rusting porch swing
Alone
With you....
Again I say....
