Africa

they call her
the dark continent
though the sun shines
brightest on her
blue rain pours on her
every day
making nonsense
of her sun’s toil

I hope to visit someday. My cousin has twice and is in process of moving there. Perhaps his bravery will inspire me to visit him there. I like this poem.
