Absence

Anguish when fragmented by helpless musings
Bluntness staggers like punches
Sluggish when cut by limitations
Elixers downed promising possibilities 
Needing the energy bravery requires while
Crevices threaten the sagacity of age
Extinction in the rage of alzheimer's cage
