A Tiny Boat

a tiny boat an endless sea deep as dark infinity the space I go it has no sound it has no edge it is unbound lowest star light negate I inhale my shadow to know its hate then wear its skin upon my crown angels up devils down tangle spirit enemy fit dimmest orb in schism lit dark seed scratch phrenic flow my tiny boat away I go tumble toss cold body stone this silent sea I am alone I want to slip death wet bestow this tiny boat instead, I row for in dead fatigue sometimes I taste a lucid light a hollow space sweet illusion, broken locks death and life oh! paradox but a tiny boat on an endless sea deep as dark infinity the space I go it has no sound…

Ahh a couple of clicks to find this beauty. This feels just a perfect poem, it dances on so many levels - such wonderful expressions but told in a journey, written in such a natural way. Love it

Truly insightful. Life's instances traverse a spectrum of emotional states. Your paintings inspire profound admiration within me. I do not doubt that you have produced a work of art. There are many great lines but these spoke to me: lowest star, light negate, I inhale my shadow, to know its hate, then wear its skin, upon my crown, angels up, devils down

Wow. Love the short profound lines. This poem is great. I think it qualifies for the contest on forms using up to six syllables per line!

This is i believe one of my faves from you, so creative and deeply heartfelt and moving. Every word in this truly hits home and is soulfully poetic and so well articulated especially i loved the lines “ I inhale my shadow to know its hate then wear its skin upon my crown angels up devils down” just impeccable! Oh wow, I'm really awestruck by your artistic ability of weaving words in such a way that feel mysterious, heartfelt as well as intriguing.. It's so poignant how you've described that sometimes we feel like all alone in a tiny boat, amidst a fathomless ocean.. Our resilience seems to shatter every minute but still we incline towards chasing that ray of light which might enable us to live a few seconds more. A very deep and profound one this is! Really loved reading it..
