A Taste of Homemade

Thoughts of you are like a field of golden butterflies Or mirth dancing in your eyes_visions caught by surprise A taste of jelly homemade from homegrown blackberries An emerald forest glade under muted cobalt skies Holding you on cool spring nights looking into those brown eyes Wonder of love that last and amalgamates Like the sprinkling of seeds from blooms that amass Our love finds reasons and ideas that accommodates Remembering times when upon that green grass Like looking through church windows of fine stain glass
