Hold truths to all men!
Created by their Creator
with certain Rights.

Life, Liberty . . .
pursuit of happiness.

Secure
these Governments
among Men,
deriving powers
from the consent
of any Form of Government,
laying its principles
and powers
to affect their Safety.

A good government is one that focuses on the welfare of the people and ensures the all round development of the country- one that lays prime importance to the enhancement of life and liberty and encourages the pursuit of happiness.
