A Silver Christmas Wish

And from a silvered point of view A merry day has changed I guess that is the way is When much has rearranged No more the wrapping, hiding gifts That beg a Christmas cheer Yet rather praying those we love We wake to find still here And from a silvered point of view A Santa in disguise Is found not hiding on the roof But found in loving eyes Yet nothing wrong there is with fun A tinsel perfect day To cherish every kind of gift With love to lead the way

Nice that you kept the silver theme going with the mention of tinsel. I loved trimming the tree with it when I was little. I wonder if it can even be found now. Google! I did and yes… it’s still sold.

just beautiful, Mike. Your poetic voice and style is rhythmic and soft and your messages subtle but meaningful. This verse was my favorite: And from a silvered point of view A Santa in disguise Is found not hiding on the roof But found in loving eyes Beautiful! Nicely done. Holiday blessings, Sara
