A RAINBOW FLOWER FOR VALENTINE
I sow with love, and see my petals show.
I wake myself in what I need not fear.
I pause and ponder how love grows and glow.
We see by looking in and out, you know.
I hear your soul sing each time I am near,
I sow with love, and see my petals show.
Some folks we see excited, which are you?
God set the stage! I shall mount softly there,
And pause and ponder how love grows and glow.
Love stalks the heart; but can you tell us how?
The busy bee brings us the best gold nectar;
I sow with love, and see my petals show.
Good neighbors with so many things to show,
To you and me; they love the lively air,
And, fairly, pause by thinking love does grow.
This valentine, I'm ready, I do know.
What provides joy is always, and is near;
I sow with love, and see my petals show.
I pause and ponder how love grows and glow.
