A Rabbit's Tale
The rabbit got lost, oh what to do?
So he hunted to find rabbit brothers,
like him, too.
Into the deep forest he hopped.
Almost run over by a fire truck!
His tiny nose twitching for others
just like him.
He found huge deer and elk but
no animals,small.
Winter came, rabbit grew thinner.
Too weak, he laid down by the
frozen river.
The snow like a welcomed,warm
blanket came.
Under the silvery moonlight.
His nose lost all its color.
Rabbit went quietly home!
To be with his sisters and brothers!
