A Poet's Morning Song

A POET'S MORNING SONG Not a single sunrise for me can start, Without my realization that Ihave a beating heart. And so, before I even open my eyes, I thank God first thing, for another surprise. We assume, of course we will surely awake. But it is up to God to give us the grace for another poem to make. It is a blessed gift He bestows on us. He really deserves the credit, he made us from dust. I am fully aware, by many, He is not wanted here. But as for me, of His love and power, I surely cheer! October 23, 2019
