"a Poet's By Choice"

An awesome sacred relief
When we let the heart be chief
In power of love beneath
The sacred faith in love belief

So let your sacred winds blow
Let the entire universe know
Let your special love glow
And poems of poet will show

A poet that doesn’t know it
`Tis very soon to blow it
And never will he show it
I know it for I’m a poet

Boo, hoo! I wasn't tagged by anyone, John. Just kidding about the crying. I enjoyed your words on the subject of being a poet very much...insight from the heart. Very well spoken, too. Since I was very inspired by the end phrase, yesterday, when writing about writing poetry, I ended it with the very fitting, "I am a poet" phrase. It felt great. I hope you will read it. Life has been so much better since I have been writing poetry regularly. I love being a poet. Smiles, Dane Ann

Thanks for your comments, what color are the chickadee's eggs? They come to my feeder alot and even though they are grey and black they are one of the prettiest birds to me. We have alot of the gold finches around here.
