A Peaceful Day

A new peaceful day
                                    Birds are chirping so sweetly
                                        
                                       The sounds of nature
                                       All around us fill the air
                                         
                                        The trees are swaying
                                   along with the gentle breeze
                                    
                                         The sky is soft blue
                                    The sun is shining brightly
                                
                                       Flowers are blooming
                                      In various bright colors
                                      
                                        Sweet butterflies come
                                 To drink the sweet, sweet nectar

                                        The Bees buzz around
                                        calmly collecting pollen
                        
                                           I am so thankful
                                      For every day that I live

                                            To enjoy all life
                                      And all of God's Creation  
                                     Each and every day, always
