A Moment of Silence
Take a moment of silence
For the soldiers that have died
All the sacrifices made
With dedication and pride
So many fallen heroes
Protecting our great nation
Their fortitude and courage
Are such an inspiration
In each battle that they fought
On the land, sea, or the air
Every drop of blood they spilled
At a cost beyond compare
We owe them every honor
That anyone can give them
Written down in history
Where nothing can outlive them
