A Memory
Gentle caressing whisper
A soft lullaby, quiet
Rustling fresh leaflets ,crackle
Broken
Forever in the memory
Of those who watch
Forever in the memory
Of those who listen
Forever in the memory
Of those who feel
I look to the fading light
Someday
I may get there
But maybe not today
Blazing red, painted sky
I can make it to
Morning light
