What did god do on the seventh day
Well, If you had read the bible...you would know what he would say
But there is much more...much more he would do
He would give a new life...and he would watch over you
The life that he gives you, would fit...would be ample
For you to live...To set an example
To spread to his children...your sisters and brothers
Hand down examples...from your fathers and mothers
He would forever make peace...honesty and love
Let you live in happiness...then meet him above
Where he would open him arms...and welcome you home
No matter your sins...or where you have flown
With the wings that he gave you...to make your life worth
A meaningful life...when he sent you to earth
