In the fields of green
Sings the sweetly
Breathing flute
Paths of mistral's play
A maiden fair
Her eyes of blue
Pinched cheeks of rose
Gold woven strands
Pearls, in yellow hair
Which caught the eye
Then his heart
A love that could
Never breathe
Of maiden fair
For tears that drip
Bring my love to me
Shadowy floods
From tempests clouds
Drape the spirit of
Huge moons wax and wane
Again and again
Clouding forward
Left broken spirit
Sweetly singing
In hope she'll come
In morning rising
Butterflies tease
The cherry with its
Ripened blush
Bring my love to me
