A Loving Gods Desire

A friend helped me
write this poem. Her
words r in
quotations.

I'm asking you how you know that He's the way,
When there's so many paths that's made of clay?
Please tell me will you how He'll cure our strife,
Because I've never had peace all my life.

"Now it is written He will always stay,
Though through out life we often goastray.
By giving hope when troubles are so rife.
We hear Angelic music like a fife".

How can you have such peace of mind my friend,
When any time it seems all things will end.
I've never heard someone that talks like you,
So tell me how you know all this is true.

"I've asked the Lord to hear my pleas and send,
The Holy Spirit in my heart to mend.
I talk this way through Jesus point of view,
Since what he has is called Good News."

So tell me why it seems that life's not fair
There's hate and anger that is everywhere.
How could it be a loving Gods desire,
To let so many people in the fire.

" Don't be concerned with others life affairs,
For there will come a time when we're left bare.
Our faith and love is like a true sapphire,
He saves us from the heated clay and mire."

I know now you are right in all you speak,
For he makes strong all those who are so weak.
Oh I know pray I stay among the meek,
It is this one desire that I now seek.

glad you liked as it's as much a conversation between 2 people as it is a prayer.
