A Kiss For Luck and We'Re On Our Way

A spattering in emotions bathed of tears their blessed cleansing... Waters bittersweet, while reading her priceless young Jewish girl's World War II's ordeal; coupled with these horrific facts as figures Graven, amid such atrocities ? Tis hard to fathom a cold and cruel Heart let alone understand it's very existence; his plague accursed.. Perhaps this paradox of necessity, which one must grasp; embedded Within that their conscience; an ancient civilization's parallel past ? Falling from the light inside these eyes; but not her tale to be told Today, far removed such words as she what was, time's crimson pyre.... Spawned an offspring life it has been ? Cast of love where heroes, remain.

Very touching poem John. I can relate to this, and stirred many emotions. Extremely well written verse, as always, I enjoyed reading you. You know, you have always been, and remain one of thee very best here.. As for me, I occassionally find myself within these walls... I have a 3000 reader base in a statewide magazine, though I took a much needed break to revise for the publisher my second childrens book in a series of 10. Life is good! Glad you are a friend :) all smiles, Lucinda
