A Jolly Fisherman
A Musical Nursery Rhyme for Children of All Ages

A jolly fisherman is he
who hooks no fishie in a sea
or river, stream, lake, pond, or creek
since fishies yet love hide-and-seek
as much as you and I who play
at least a zillion games each day!

a dedication of Respect
for
the fisher of Reason
a revolving helios rhyme menippean satire on
the common fisherman
yet stinking from the head down
march, 2023 -- in having a brain,
the conscious,
feeling fishie
still angling
hook, line, and sinker
to steer ever clear of
Pain
