A Home with a View

I’ve a home with a view lawns, bushes trees sidewalks, parkways an avenue I’ve got to tear myself away from all that enticing as it may be to gape at the clouds framing – and reframing – the world about me

A lovely poem, Gershon. Very vibrant imagery. Your home and property sounds charming. I'm starting to get more sensitive to higher temperatures, so I can no longer sit outside for hours on the patio in the summer. I can watch our backyard birds at the bird feeders from the sunroom window year-round. Shalom, good friend. :)

Haven't seen a rat since 1971 in Greenwich Village, NYC. It was as big as a dog. Yikes!

a friend of the family he owned a carpet cleaning business. Well on this particular appointment as I was moving a sofa these two rats ran from underneath the sofa into the kitchen where the lady and the owner of the company were talking. She screamed and he practically jumped on her kitchen table. It shocked us all and I will never forget the look on their faces and the schock I got from the whole experience. I feel for people who have rodents in their homes I could not live like that no way no how I would have to move lol.
