I remember young Autumns when all I had to do is wear my russet lipstick and slip out into the ironed sun of my youth. Ah, to be young again, would I be as sage, no, maybe a parsley yes, lol, rambling on, bear with me its 5:50 am here, thanks Harry.

There are moments when I doubt if we have Autumn in Malta. The transition from Summer and winter is too short. Lovely poem though. Great imagery.

I agree dear Victor, the transition is always too subtle, I wish I could stretch Autumn into winter then spring, and forget all about snow and blizzards lol, its a Mtl girl speaking , have a great day.
