A Genuine Gesture
Genuine gesture from the heart
Is all that it takes on your part,
Ripples of kindness, to restart ~
And you can bring in... change!
Say a nice word, give an applause,
Ere criticising, take a pause,
Spread cheer when you can, just because ~
And nothing's out of... range!
Show your cheek, go that extra mile,
Be friendly with foes, not hostile,
Practise these, you'll find it worthwhile ~
And get love in... exchange!
