A Fond Blessing
As I craft my verse lines,
May this fond blessing shine:
May each day bring you joy
As you live play and ploy;
May your burdens be light
As your heart meets grand sights;
May good cheer now lift say
As you go on your way;
May you come and go far
As you wander the stars;
May each day bring you fun
As you chase that old sun;
May each night bring deep rest
As you picture your quest;
May you meet all things good
As you quest through all moods;
May wise words bring good health
As peace of mind sums wealth;
May you seek and thus find
An awesome life in kind;
May my words cast fine light
To bless your affluent flight.
