A Fatal Shift
I walk the earth in dead of night
in calm of mist
I walk alone
I walk the earth with death in sight
I check my list
I hunt for souls
I seek the earth in dearth of light
a fatal shift
as I atone
I reap the earth in death tonight
to share my gift
collecting tolls
