A Breeze That Soothes

A Breeze That Soothes Have you ever sat in shade of tree on hot, hot day? thinking only of easy street and islands far away Suddenly in midst of this pleasure Nature sends a treasure a breeze so cool that it sets your soul to measure Then several nice soft clouds floated right into view giving the breeze a lift with even more shade to you Such moments are so special and often so very rare like a journey with a jackpot just waiting there! One I remember that lazy day I found her looking for me dancing my way with eager eyes that promised to please O' that sexy body and those sweet, sweet sexy moves "Her", a breeze that gives such love, love that so soothes! Gifting of a gentle , sweet and newborn spiritual soul rescuing me , angel melting our hearts into a loving whole! Robert L. 05-27-2014

I tracked down your first sonnet (on the soup that is) and as impressive as it is, I think your later works (or more recent) are rather more refined with more depth! I hope you don't mind me saying so. Have you a favourite of yours that you have done? Or two or three? ha

Ahh yes, that is an older poem that I changed to a sonnet by writing two additional verses. I did not change the original twelve verses to meet syllable count. Why should I when adding a closing couplet did the trick? I do not mind, actually prefer my friends to always state what they think with no worries of my being offended.. Truth is its own great reward.
