-you, Me, and Destiny Ii-

You, Me, and Destiny II When Destiny lifts his hand and decides to end my road, I wonder of my heart and soul’s abode. He smirks and thinks that everything has stopped, But this isn’t the end, as time has relapsed. I am not afraid of that time, for death surely doesn’t stop my heart, It will surely be allowed to wander, even when my body is torn apart. So when that time comes, I will only be filled with curiosity, As I walk past the end and wonder what will become of me. Whether I step off the edge and into an inky black void, Where I sink until my conscience is destroyed, Or I drift off into a white, lonely “paradise”, Where I am all alone, and that is my price. When Destiny is already upset, for I’ve written my own story, He will surely boil with anger, as nothing will get rid of me. Because even if I am left drifting in my misery, You’ll be there to fish me out of the sea. From when I was a child until now, I no longer fear, Because I know that one day, that time will draw near. No matter how Death comes to take me away, My body and heart will always be here to stay. Death is not the end, For there isn’t ever an end to a story. So defy Destiny, And fly away, be free.
