July unfolds magenta-colored skies and launches blasts of pinks emblazed with gold- exploding artistry that causes sighs- as sunsets fashion fireworks to behold. July 7, 2022 Contest: The Sky In July Sponsor: Andrea Dietrich Form Used: Quatrain

Absolutely stunning, Sandra. I adore every line but especially; “gold exploding artistry that causes sighs” - that gem could be easily applied to your poetry as well as the sunset. A beautiful cascade of imagery from your golden pen. Best wishes for a win and warmest wishes for you.. ~Susan

Hello Sandra Haight, fireworks looks lovely in the darkness. Fireworks can not always be seen. Depends where they are located. Some last until the early morning. Which means many people ;loses sleep. Enjoy your evening my friend.
