Your beauty for real, your peace unrivalled, And yet this happened, my love, this grief The shame that every humane nation shares. Only the noblest, bravest like you could bear The tragic pain with unruffled calm and dignity, The courage from God, the resolve from the heart: With determination you declared, "Never Again!" We're with you, America, this will not be allowed To happen again, here or anywhere else on earth. We will be with you and bring back the joys This noble land had enjoyed and conveyed to all.
