                CAUTION.

If this upsets anyone affects, them in some way or brings back bad memories.

It wasn't my intention, only to bring it to people's attention. It's on the increase.

When you're just being yourself and a bit different from the norm abusers want to rip you apart for who you are and what you are. Don't change for anyone. Your beautiful and unique. Everyone is special. Don't change for anyone. People who were a

or are a bit different, changed the world.

If looks could kill They probably will Given from evil eye You either fight or run and hide You may have not done anything wrong They think you are weak and they are strong They stand tall And you stand so small Sometimes misunderstandings Can be so demanding They don't want to hear your point of view And you may do too One thing is for sure it won't ever win someone's heart What's the use of falling out and ripping each other apart You don't so much feel physical pain but mental pain that can be worse That's what really hurts Bullies come in all sizes at work and in school They can't see themselves as others do they think they cool Once you take the bait It's too late And although you struggle you've been hooked Your name is top of the list in their children's book If you fight back They'll be back With a gang of friends You're outnumbered and the story doesn't end They are so dumb their skull is an empty place Their low intellect has no respect by the looks on their smiling face A lot has to do with upbringing and environmental learned behaviour Sometimes movies and TV or what they have seen they savour I'd have thought the teachers would have by now had sorted things And some have tried their eyes wide open or blind to the stings With cyberbullying sadly on the increase and there's no one to confined Heartbroken ridiculed embarrassed feeling worthless many take their lives Maybe parents should take more notice of what they are doing and watching Social media and social sites should take more responsibility it's so shocking Kids today are always fighting or pretending to do If bullying can happen to me then it can happen to you It's an epidemic infecting disease and with little chance of cure too.

Dear Peter, your words remind me of an old saying, yet it holds so much truth. ' “if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all. ' I've learned that in many cases, silence is golden, especially when it comes to those seeking attention. Continue to be true to yourself and always be kind to others. With bullies, ' if you fight back, they'll be back. ' So true. Stay calm and simply ignore. Thank you for sharing, my dear friend. Hugs, Brandy

Hi Brandy. I was right, you are an angel. It concerns me deeply, that so many people have sadly taken their own lives. Strange how you mention the qoute about saying nothing at all something I think of sometimes, whenever I come across bigmouth empty brain heads. How can an animated fictional rabbit that doesn't exist, In Bambi have so much wisdom, and people not?.I have the quote ready to quote if I need to. Thank you so much, Brandi. Take care. my heartfelt best wishes. Pete.

Your poem touches on the cyclical nature of bullying, with victims often feeling trapped in a cycle of retaliation and further victimization. The portrayal of bullies as lacking in empathy and intelligence underscores the complexity of the issue, suggesting that bullying behavior may stem from a variety of factors including upbringing and media influences.

So true my friend, spot on. Sadly it's getting worse. As you say, it can be. upbringing. Holding past on prejudice and rooted biased opinions, and ignorance. The media has a lot to answer too. Social media has not, as far as I know, acted on such abuse online, and how can children be allowed to go on sites for adults? Sadly too late for so many, when they should have acted earlier?. Once on the net, there's so much danger, a trapdoor to all kinds of things and influences. Perhaps parents should be more vigilant and monitor what's happening?. The powers that be do little or nothing to change things. A sad reflection of the world today. By the way, loved. Your poem 'Happiness'' A favoute. Thank you take care, Pete. d,y
