How I Write Poetry
I do poetry
with explicit intentions:
enter the minds
ahead,
penetrate hearts,
as an arrow,
embrace minds,
with kiss...
disarm armies
with tender ideas,
teach pupils
the voice of the angels,
build bridges
with strong words,
recreate life,
with tenderness...
heal soul wounds
as a balm.
humanize the world,
lay bare truths,
extract the dark
of darkness... release
the darken the light and
plant roots
of humanity
