Lost Places, House, Ruin, Abandoned, Old

The haunted house was old and dark empty but there was a sound “Hark, of footsteps.” This house was of Pennsylvania and not in Transylvania’s small foothills. Among dusty rooms you might spy sights ghostly to the naked eye of footprints. Be careful as you walk on through that you are not a victim to the footfalls. The sight that is the most to dread is that of someone with no head the footman. 5/6/20 ''Halloween Fright' Sponsor: Carolyn Devonshire

Janis, I love the way you used all the "foot" words in the last line of each verse. Very clever. Congratulations on a first-place win! Best wishes, Carolyn
