Deluge
Truth
in wrath,
outraged.
Mankind on Earth
went corrupt, crooked
Earth needed cleaning.
Pious Noah approached
to construct a huge wide boat sharp.
Earth to face a deluge in aqua.
Great calamity and devastation
Noah’s ark should have accommodation
for male-female pair of all creatures,
his family, livestock to thrive.
Deluge happened! Disasters!
But boat saved chosen lives.
Refreshment of Earth.
New descendant,
on new birth.
Vibrant
hope.
